    Hi CC31 – my name is Allan Tadich and I will be taking you for Systems Management 2 this semester.

    ·        ASSIGNMENT 2 (What does a Help Desk do?) – Due Mar 31st

    Note: Do not print this file in class as it is some 80 odd pages.

    ·        Test will be on April 7th
